Reserve your machine's spot on the service bench for the week of December 20–26, 2026. Slots are limited each week, so once they're gone, they're gone!

Every booking is a Machine Spa Day

Our routine tune-up (clean, oil, adjust). Your $45 booking fee is credited toward your Spa Day total: Mechanical $110 · Computerized $135 · Serger $140 · Longarm $299 in-shop or $399 in-home plus travel.

Tell us what's going on after checkout. If we find a needed repair, we'll call you with an estimate before we begin your Spa Day. Repairs are added on top of your Spa Day: $85/hour repair labor (1-hour minimum) plus parts. Rather not repair it? Keep just your Spa Day (if your machine runs), or decline all service and pay only the $45 booking fee.

What happens next

1. After checkout, tell us about your machine (brand, model, and what it needs) on your order status page.
2. We'll reach out to schedule your drop-off Thursday–Saturday before your service week at our Columbia, SC studio. Booking an in-home longarm Spa Day? We'll schedule a visit to your home or studio during your service week instead.
3. Service is typically complete within 1–2 weeks. Check your status anytime by logging in to your account.

Drop-off at our Columbia, SC studio, or in-home service for longarms. Not currently accepting embroidery machines or machines installed in sewing cabinets. The booking fee is non-refundable. See our Service Terms.
